Adding new employees to BLDR is quick and easy. You must have Admin permissions to add users.

Steps to Add an Employee

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click + Invite User
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Enter their name and phone number
  5. Select their role (Admin, Supervisor, or Worker)
  6. Assign them to projects
  7. Click Send Invitation

The employee will receive an email with instructions to set up their account and download the mobile app.

Adding Multiple Employees

For bulk import, go to Settings → Users → Import and upload a CSV file with employee information.

No Email Required Option

For workers who don't have email, you can create accounts with a generated login code instead. Contact support to enable this feature.
