Setting Up Cost Codes
- Go to Settings → Cost Codes
- Click + Add Cost Code
- Enter code number and description
- Save
Common Cost Codes
- 001 - General Conditions
- 002 - Sitework
- 003 - Concrete
- 004 - Masonry
- 005 - Metals/Steel
- 006 - Carpentry
Using in Timesheets
When logging time, select the appropriate cost code for each activity. This allows you to see labor costs broken down by work type.
Reports
Generate labor reports filtered by cost code to analyze where your labor hours are going.
