Records in BLDR can be deleted, but some restrictions apply to maintain data integrity.
Deleting Records
- Open the record
- Click the menu (⋮) or More Options
- Select Delete
- Confirm deletion
Who Can Delete
- Administrators - Can delete most records
- Supervisors - Can delete their own recent records
- Workers - Limited deletion (within same day)
Cannot Be Deleted
- Approved/locked timesheets
- Signed documents
- Exported/synced records
- Records older than 30 days (admin can override)
Audit Trail
Deleted records are logged in the audit trail. They're hidden from view but can be recovered by contacting support if needed.
