Don't worry - your data is safe in the cloud. Here's what to do:

Immediate Steps

  1. Contact your company administrator to reset your password
  2. Log in on another device (web or new phone) and change your password
  3. The lost phone will be automatically logged out

Your Data is Safe

  • All synced data is stored in the cloud
  • Install BLDR on a new device and log in
  • All your records will be there

Offline Data

If you had unsynced offline data on the lost device, that data may be lost. This is why we recommend syncing daily.

Security Tip

Enable a passcode/biometric lock on your phone to prevent unauthorized access to BLDR and other apps.
