How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password or need to change it, follow these steps:

From the Login Screen

1. Go to app.bldr.app or open the BLDR mobile app
2. Click/tap "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Click "Send Reset Link"
5. Check your email for the reset link
6. Click the link and enter your new password

While Logged In

1. Click your profile icon
2. Select Settings
3. Go to Security
4. Click Change Password
5. Enter your current password
6. Enter and confirm your new password
7. Click Update Password

Password Requirements

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one number
• Cannot reuse recent passwords
