This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Wozniak & Co. ("Company") for the use of BLDR mobile and web applications ("Software").

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the Software on compatible devices
  • Use the Software for your internal business purposes
  • Access features according to your subscription level

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
  • Use the Software to develop competing products
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the Software in violation of applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Company and title remains with Company. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to Company.

4. Data Collection

The Software may collect and transmit certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such data collection and transmission.

5. Updates

Company may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. You agree that Company may automatically update the Software on your devices. This EULA applies to all updates.

6. Third-Party Services

The Software may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

10. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations regarding the Software.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Software.
