3. Account Registration

To use BLDR, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information

BLDR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLDR and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service ceases immediately
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after the retention period

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
