Signing In Visitors

  1. Open BLDR on a tablet at the site entrance
  2. Tap Visitor Log
  3. Tap Sign In
  4. Enter visitor information:
    • Name
    • Company
    • Purpose of visit
    • Person they're visiting
    • Phone number
  5. Visitor signs on screen
  6. Confirm sign-in

Visitor Types

  • Architect/Engineer

Signing Out

  1. Find the visitor in the active visitors list
  2. Tap Sign Out
  3. Confirm sign-out time
Automatic Reminders

Visitors who haven't signed out by end of day receive a reminder, and supervisors are notified of unsigned visitors.

Safety Acknowledgment

Optionally require visitors to acknowledge:

  • Site safety rules
  • PPE requirements

Generate reports showing:

Daily Log Integration

Visitors automatically appear in your Daily Log under the Visitors section, maintaining a complete daily record.
