Conducting a Safety Meeting
- Open BLDR and navigate to your project
- Tap Safety Meeting on the main menu
- Tap + New Meeting
- Select or enter the meeting topic
- Add any discussion points or notes
- Present the safety topic to your crew
- Pass the device for attendee signatures
- Save and submit the meeting
Pre-Built Topics
BLDR includes a library of common safety topics with talking points. You can also create custom topics for your company.
Collecting Signatures
Each attendee can sign directly on the mobile device:
- In the Attendees section, tap + Add Attendee
- Select the worker from your crew list or enter a name
- Hand the device to the attendee
- They sign with their finger on the signature pad
- Tap Done to save their signature
- Repeat for all attendees
Important
Each person must sign individually. Signatures are timestamped and tied to their user profile for accountability.

Creating Custom Topics
Add company-specific safety topics:
- Go to Settings → Safety Topics
- Click + New Topic
- Enter the topic title
- Add discussion points and key messages
- Optionally attach documents or images
- Save the topic to your library
Viewing Meeting History
Access past safety meetings for compliance and reporting:
- Navigate to Safety Meetings → History
- Filter by date range, project, or topic
- View meeting details including all signatures
- Export to PDF for records or audits
Best Practice
Conduct safety meetings at least weekly, or daily for high-risk activities. Consistent documentation demonstrates your commitment to worker safety.
